David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for a German speaking Payroll Specialist to join their team in Essen, Germany.

Role : Payroll Specialist

Employment type : Contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage employee data, attendance, absences, and leave records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
  • Provide support and guidance on HR related matters to employees.
  • Issue necessary certificates and documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with employees and management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is a plus.
  • At least 1 year experience in German payroll and labor law.
  • Proficient in using standard office software and productivity tools.
  • Ability to work onsite.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Motivated and committed to professional growth and team development.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and friendly with a positive attitude.
