You will become part of our newest sales team in Germany and will be responsible for shaping and developing the sales processes for launch of our new payroll product. As a Payroll Sales Manager you will be the point of contact for new customers that are interested in Personio Payroll.Communication- You are fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1).

New Business Generation:Together with Account Executive teams, you will win net-new customers for Personio Payroll
Payroll SME: You will act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor for our payroll product across the sales process. With a hunter mindset, you are not only explaining our product, but selling a solution after identifying the customer's need.
Building the Market: You will play a significant role in building and strategically developing the German market for Personio Payroll.
Product Collaboration: Your feedback will help the product development team to further adapt the Payroll product to the needs of our customers.
Lead Generation: You will participate in the development and execution of lead generation strategies with the sales development as well as marketing team.
Collaboration: You will work cross functionally with the revenue and success team, Solution Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships as well as the whole Account Executives Germany team to integrate Personio into the customer's existing IT landscape.
