Payroll Lead HCM (d/f/m)

As we embark on the next phase of our transformation and improve our global HCM system, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Payroll Lead HCM. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies. You will collaborate with IT and HCM teams to maintain system integration, resolve payroll issues, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting to drive operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

What you’ll do

1. Manage and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across regions
2. Align payroll processes with global and local tax regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies
3. Collaborate with IT and HCM teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with the HCM system
4. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee queries, or system-related issues efficiently
5. Provide regular updates and reports on payroll metrics, compliance status, and issue resolutions to key stakeholders
