You will join the Business Transformation - Process Management Team, focusing on the end-to-end customer experience from Marketing & Sales through Order Processing & Customer Service, including Bonus Management and Pricing.
As a Business Process Analyst for Sales & Marketing, you manage dedicated activities/projects and act as a process expert. You actively engage with operational units globally to support them in becoming a leaner organization. This involves establishing and continuously adjusting a joint functional roadmap as well as executing crucial initiatives.
