Job Responsibilities

1. To plan and execute international R&D studies in the field of user experience.
2. To assume tasks in the area of competence work for interactive prototypes and products.
3. To design user interfaces for digital and non-digital products.
4. To supervise the product development process through Human Centered Design.
5. To create personas, user journey maps, and wireframes, as well as collaborate in the development of prototypes.
6. To pass on the User Centered Design mindset.
7. To technically support sales and marketing departments.
8. To collaborate in the development of prototypes and products.

Minimum Requirements

1. You are a graduate aged between 18 and 28 years.
2. You are French or a citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA).
3. At best, you have a Master’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
4. Enjoy R&D and innovation-driven work.
5. You are motivated and have the capacity to work out solutions independently.
6. You have a fast comprehension and a high level of initiative.
7. You are interested in working in an international environment where you can prove your very good English skills (basic German skills are an advantage).
8. You have a good degree of flexibility and like working abroad.
