HR across Statkraft is continuously working to enable good organisational and people development, and the best possible day-to-day employee experience for our Statkraft colleagues. We are currently seeking an HR business partner to cover a 60% role for a colleague who will be on a parental leave. You will deliver proactive HR support to leaders and employees in Germany. You will be part of our experienced and dynamic local HR organisation, working together with great HR Business Partner and local HR Admin colleagues. While expertise in this field is advantageous, we prioritize exceptional collaboration skills and a high level of customer focus and a strong can-do attitude. As part of our local HR organization, you'll navigate complex HR interfaces while ensuring adherence to group-wide as well as Germany-specific processes and regulations. To be successful in this role, you need to understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You will help business leaders look around corners with evidence-based recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. You will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and different countries.
