Your mission

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in Finance and HR? We’re looking for a Part-Time Business Operations Associate (Finance & HR) to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist with key tasks like payroll, financial reporting, onboarding, and employee management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance:

• Assist with accounting and invoicing
• Support financial reporting
• Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with the team on ad hoc tasks and projects

HR:

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
• Assist with payroll-related tasks
• Support recruitment tasks and monthly performance reviews
• Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts, amendments, or reference letters

Your profile

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Familiarity with Personio / HRIS tools and DATEV is a plus
• Interest in startups and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
