About the Role:
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead, who will oversee and execute comprehensive change management activities, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and teams to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in OCM, management consulting, and/or corporate change initiatives.
- Certifications: CCMP, PROSCI, or equivalent in change management or strategic communications.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of program/project management methodologies, tools, and delivery processes.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and build trust at all organizational levels.
- Consultative Approach: Adept at designing and customizing solutions in collaboration with clients and teams.
- Independence: Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks and productivity with minimal supervision.
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Power BI) and familiarity with photo and video editing tools.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Change: Facilitate discussions, build consensus, and drive approval for OCM solutions across various forums.
- Strategic Execution: Lead all phases of change management in the program/project lifecycle, from discovery to sustainability.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Conduct stakeholder change impact assessments and craft compelling transformation narratives and cases for change.
- Change Networks: Design and coordinate change champion groups to foster engagement and adoption.
- Comprehensive Planning: Develop detailed change plans, maximizing user adoption and minimizing disruption.
- Collaborative Relationships: Work closely with program and project teams to align plans and co-create OCM content.
- Content Creation: Produce change management and communication materials to support change initiatives.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through formal status reports.
- Risk Management: Proactively address OCM risks, issues, and escalations to ensure smooth delivery.
