Order Management Specialist - German and Spanish Speaking

I am looking to speak to customer service professionals looking for a new job opportunity with a multinational medical device company.

Role: Order Management Specialist- German and Spanish Speaking

In this role, you will provide an excellent customer service and work closely with medical professionals and sales representatives handling all customer service-related activities.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent German and Spanish
• Experience in customer support or order management role
• Good computer skills with experience using Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience in accounts receivable tasks
• Ideally you have a degree in business or business administration or a professional credit management qualification
• Ideally you have used SAP before

Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary depending on experience - range between EUR 3200 and 3300 per month
• Permanent Contract
