Are you an expert in risk management and looking to join a leading player in the AIF fund sector? We are recruiting for one of our clients, a well-established AIFM with over 30 years of experience, and operating in Luxembourg for the past 10 years. This fund manager handles investments in infrastructure, listed companies, real estate, and renewable energy, primarily for its parent company in Europe.

Operational Risk Manager - Your Role:

As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing operational risk in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. You will work closely with a team of 20 people and be involved in diversified funds, including real estate (RE), debt, microfinance, hospitality, and renewable energy. You will be the reference point for all risk-related processes within the company, ensuring proper management and compliance with local and European regulations.

Operational Risk Manager - Your Profile:

1. At least 3 years of experience in risk management, specifically in RE funds, debt, microfinance, hospitality, or renewable energy.
2. In-depth knowledge of risk management processes and regulations.
3. Expertise in operational risk management within a financial environment.
4. Proficiency in German and English (bilingual).
5. Team spirit and the ability to work in an international environment, with a mainly German-speaking and English-speaking culture.
