What we are looking for

As a growing company with currently 45 employees, we are looking for an

Online Yoga Live Classes Administrator (m/f/d) in part-time

You will start with 20 hours per week. The position is initially limited to one year. We will then discuss a possible extension.

What you bring to the table

• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong technical affinity
• Very good German language skills and solid written and spoken English skills
• Experience in using video editing software
• Customer-oriented working style
• Independence and initiative
• Flexibility and willingness to work in changing shifts in orientation on the live class schedule (also on weekends and early mornings)

You will

• Be responsible for the technical support of the YogaEasy live classes via Zoom
• Prepare and follow up of the lessons including video editing in the backend
• Be responsible for customer service
• Support our Yoga teachers in line with their live classes
• Manage appointment and product management in the management tool "Eversports"
• Internal coordination and communication to promote the offer
