4. Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to improve moderation processes.
5. Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Strong German reading and writing skills; basic to conversational English is advantageous.
2. Excellent computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms.
3. Strong decision-making skills and keen attention to detail.
