We are a leading distributor and wholesaler of Travel Retail products in Northern Europe, serving a wide range of major vendors primarily within the transport sector, as well as airports and other Travel Retail distributors. We collaborate with some of the largest Travel Retail brands globally, offering our customers comprehensive services including warehouse and logistics solutions, revenue management, marketing materials, merchandising, and the development of shop concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Compliance: Develop robust customs and EMCS processes to meet corporate policies and legal requirements.
• Build and Lead: Build up and lead a team of international colleagues/partners to ensure compliance throughout our group.
• Lead Strategic Projects: Develop and implement efficient logistics solutions for deliveries to and from our different logistic locations, ensuring compliance with customs and EU regulations.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and optimize data usage.
• Challenge the Status Quo: Drive change and develop successful new strategies that support our company's goals.

Minimum Requirements:

A university degree or equivalent experience in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.

• Good experience in MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of German and/or a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
