Together with our partner, we are looking for Offshore WTG Service Technicians. As an Offshore WTG Service Technician, you will carry out maintenance work and repairs on offshore wind turbines.
Your tasks
Independently carry out mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance work on turbine components.
Independently carry out diagnostic/troubleshooting or repair tasks that require highly specialized skills and know-how for specific components (e.g., converters, gearboxes, blades).
Gather information on turbine performance and problems. Diagnose, recommend, and implement solutions in consultation with site management.
Complete, update, and maintain O&M related documentation such as manuals or as-built documentation.
Foster a strong team environment by helping teammates achieve goals and mentoring junior technicians.
Develop or improve maintenance and troubleshooting routines.
Assist with or perform basic offshore performance checks on less experienced staff.
Your profile
Successfully completed training in electrical engineering or as an electronics technician for industrial engineering.
More than 3 years of work experience on and around wind turbines.
Experience with the specific safety practices of the (offshore) wind industry.
