Join our dynamic Offshore Wind team as a Solution Manager (f/m/d), where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and coordinating technical solutions that power the future. With your extensive experience in the offshore wind or substation business, you'll bridge the gap between Sales, Bid Management, Engineering, Execution, and Service, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimized project outcomes.

How You'll Make an Impact

1. Explore the offshore wind and substation market and competitor landscape to derive customer needs and use cases for controls, digital and electrical solutions.
2. Act as the primary connection with respective customers to align their requirements with business objectives and technical feasibility throughout the project lifecycle, in collaboration with Sales.
3. Define the strategy, vision, and business success roadmap for our offshore wind and substation solutions.
4. Collaborate with Solution Architects (f/m/d) to design comprehensive SCADA, cybersecurity, network, controls, and electrical solutions and ensure alignment with market requirements.
5. Provide prioritized inputs and business-focused insights to Product Managers (f/m/d) to shape development roadmaps.
6. Packaging of products into off-the-shelf solutions to enable easy scaling of solutions.

What You Bring

1. Master's degree in electrical engineering / information technology or related field.
2. Longstanding experience in the offshore wind and/or substation business, with a strong focus on controls, electrical solutions, and cybersecurity.
3. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing technical solutions for respective projects.
4. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to offshore wind cybersecurity, network, control, and electrical systems.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
