We are looking for an Office Manager on a minijob basis to start as soon as possible inMunich.

Become the driving force behind exciting projects such as office relocations and events. You will work closely with our CEO of GPORTAL and the entire team to ensure effective office organization, foster communication between the teams and actively shape the further development of our organization.
Your tasks in detail:
- Location organization: Support of our offices in Munich, Nuremberg and assisting the Office Manager in Cologne.
- Communication: Interface between the Contabo and GPORTAL teams and coordination of internal and external communication processes.
- Administration: Organization of office mail, budget monitoring for travel and administration of receipts.
- Event management: Planning and implementation of events, e.g. our popular “Pizza Day”.
- Future projects: Key role in other office projects and events in 2025.
