What You Will Own

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heart and engine of our Berlin HQ. You’ll ensure the office is not just a space where people work—but where they love to come together, collaborate, and thrive. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for someone who takes pride in making things run smoothly, staying three steps ahead, and creating an exceptional office experience every single day.

  1. Manage all incoming deliveries, post, and preparation for special events.
  2. Order and manage all office supplies, food, drinks, and external vendors.
  3. Manage all travel arrangements and bookings for the team and guests.
  4. Work to optimise cleaning company costs and performance, including regular check-ins and ensuring stock fulfilment.
  5. Organise internal company events.
  6. Lead internal swag efforts.
  7. Support onboarding for newcomers.
Who You Are

  1. Proactive and hands-on—you don’t wait for someone to ask, you’ve already done it.
  2. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  3. A natural problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude.
  4. Comfortable juggling multiple vendors, deliveries, and requests at once.
  5. Can speak German & English fluently to manage local partners.
  6. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-driven culture.
  7. Creative when it comes to making the office feel like a home from home.
