Join us at our Berlin office as an Office Administrator, where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will elevate both our workspace and customer service.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee office administration and management.
  2. Implement and maintain office procedures.
  3. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  4. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
  5. Supervise office cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  6. Manage incoming mail and shipments.
  7. Support meeting room reservations efficiently.
  8. Offer support and guidance to visitors and colleagues.
  9. Collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations.
  10. Generate and analyze reports on office space and equipment.
  11. Facilitate workplace arrangements for employees.
  12. Process purchase orders and manage internal flow.
  13. Monitor and optimize office space utilization.
  14. Provide remote support and training for the Real Estate and Facilities team as required.
  15. Support in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations regarding office-related matters.
  16. Coordinate movements or space reconfiguration and reorganization within the office in collaboration with the Direct Manager.
  17. Conduct regular office inventory and resolve discrepancies.

SKILLS

Must have:

  • Organisational Skills, Communication Skills, Customer Service, Multitasking, Problem Solving;

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, corporate working experience.
