We are looking for YOU as OEM Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Bietigheim.
As an OEM Key Account Manager at Valeo, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth within the (OEM) segment in Germany. Your typical day will involve managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
These challenges await you:
Managing the customer portfolio and further develop the business with existing customers in the German market.
Creation and implementation of the necessary commercial strategy and action plan to achieve the set goals.
Analyses of the market, benchmark products, and identifying new business opportunities.
Establishing and maintaining good communication with the customer while preserving a high level of service and quality.
Preparation and presentation of the offer to the customer including after-sales services.
Following up on orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Acting as the first point of contact for the customer, providing support and assistance as needed.
Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
You inspire us with that:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of the German automotive market and its players.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the technical side of the product range.
Language Skills: English and German at negotiation level.
