No-Code Developer (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Automation: Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Webhooks, REST API or tools such as Zapier, Make or Notion.
• Integration: Integrate and automate processes within the CRM, Notion, Webflow and other tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows.
• Monitoring: Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Training: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.
• Documentation: Document all automation processes and create user-friendly guides for internal use.

Your profile

• Proven experience in automation and workflow management using Webhooks, REST API or tools such as Zapier or Make (Required).
• Strong technical skillset and experience with Frontend Development, Web Forms, CRMs, Notion (Required).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions, automations and work-arounds (Required).
• Quick comprehension and willingness to learn.
• Good written and spoken communication English skills. German skills are nice to have.
• Goal oriented, problem solving and can-do mentality.
• An analytical and structured style of work, suitable for a remote-first team.
• Ability to work well in a team and across teams.
