Automation: Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Webhooks, REST API or tools such as Zapier, Make or Notion.
Integration: Integrate and automate processes within the CRM, Notion, Webflow and other tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows.
Monitoring: Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Training: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.
Documentation: Document all automation processes and create user-friendly guides for internal use.
Your profile
Proven experience in automation and workflow management using Webhooks, REST API or tools such as Zapier or Make (Required).
Strong technical skillset and experience with Frontend Development, Web Forms, CRMs, Notion (Required).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions, automations and work-arounds (Required).
Quick comprehension and willingness to learn.
Good written and spoken communication English skills. German skills are nice to have.
Goal oriented, problem solving and can-do mentality.
An analytical and structured style of work, suitable for a remote-first team.
