Night Time Supervisor in Language Immersion Summer Camp - Berlin

Job Description

For the summer season 2025, ALPADIA is looking for a Nighttime Supervisor for our summer camp in Berlin-Wannsee.

Your tasks:

1. Ensuring the supervision of international students aged 10 to 17 from 22:00 to 06:00 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
2. Supervision and care of students in the event of issues during the night.
3. Liaise closely with the Camp Manager regarding any security concerns.
4. Filling hourly logs of the events of the night.
5. Ensuring you are fully familiar and ready to enact Alpadia’s Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Anti-Bullying, and any other relevant policies.
6. Dealing with all other reasonable requests as decided by the Camp Manager.

Qualifications
Your profile:

1. Professional experience with vacation centers, hotels, or similar facilities.
2. Interest in the area of youth and group work.
3. Good knowledge of English.
4. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent stress management.
6. First aid certificate and other emergency management-related training is a plus.

Dates of employment: 22.06.2025 - 09.08.2025 (only Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays).

Miscellaneous: You must have your own accommodation in Berlin/Potsdam. Accommodation in our course center is not possible.
