We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

As an NSO Construction Project Manager, you’ll ensure successful in-year NSO program delivery by supporting the delivery of the NSO program across Costa UK&I for Equity & Franchise stores via process from initial instruction/design & board approval through to full landlord shell program and fit out of stores to budget and Costa brand standards.

A bit about the role… Day to day, you’ll manage NSO projects & end to end process within the New Store Opening programme. You’ll develop construction phase plans and program of works in line with the Costa UK&I property pipeline. You’ll also drive efficiency in cost, and work within legislation such as CDM regulations and Health and Safety compliance.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
2. Health & Safety & industry standards to ensure stores meet all building regulations and requirements.
3. Assist in review of performance and selection with contract management alongside Procurement & construction team.
4. Liaise with landlords, acquisition and estates managers, as required ensuring any relevant consents to implement change are in place.
5. Perform the process for design and model approval for franchise & corporate NSOs [partner delivery].

2. Construction industry/project management qualification or working towards.
3. Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and using project management tools and implementation.
4. Managing stakeholders with different areas of expertise.
5. Financial Management and budgetary control.
6. Understanding of the Stores environment and changes – capable of managing changing priorities.
7. Good communication, such as negotiation and influencing skills.
8. Experience in supplier and vendor management.
