Sales Germany supports the 300 largest companies in Germany in jointly solving the challenges and creating added value for their business.

We're seeking a New Business Sales Manager to drive our enterprise security sales in Germany. This key role will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales Germany and will be crucial in expanding our market presence among large enterprises and closely working together with a Senior New Business Sales Manager.

Your key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive customer business plan, focusing on new business that solves customers' business needs and adds value.
  • Transfer digital trends, industry trends, and customer challenges into customer-specific sales strategies to sell IT and security solutions to new customers.
  • Act as a door opener and identify growth potential with existing or new customers for enterprise security solutions.
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships on different customer levels by positioning our solutions as essential for enterprise security.
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge to tailor our security offerings to client needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex security solutions.

Experience & Expertise

  • Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent training.
  • Several years (min. 3+) of professional experience in enterprise security sales with proof of corresponding sales success and a strong hands-on emphasis on Cybersecurity.
  • Experience in customer support (needs identification, development of complex solution concepts), market observation/analysis, and competitor portfolio knowledge.
  • Good understanding of advanced security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Hands-on experience with modern security technologies including AI-powered threat detection, cloud security, and zero-trust architectures.
  • In-depth experience in sales techniques, sales processes, and knowledge in the field of strategic selling, account planning, and consultative selling.
  • Good experience in working with large and international account teams.
  • Extensive experience in observing market developments and competition and measures to be derived from them.
  • Very good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in German and English with a professional appearance in internal and external discussions and customer presentations/meetings.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing.
