Position: Multimedia Specialist (Video Editing, 3D Modeling/Animation)

About Us: AlienTools GmbH is a dynamic and innovative company based in Berlin. We specialize in high-end precision micro end mills that are sold to CNC machinists all over the globe. Our diverse portfolio includes four distinct brands, each with its own unique identity and market presence. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Video Editor/Cutter to join our team and help us elevate our brands to new heights.

Role Overview: As a video editor at AlienTools GmbH, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and creating 3D images/animations for various projects. This role requires a creative professional with a solid background in video editing and 3D design, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and produce high-quality video content for various projects.
2. Use 3D modelling software for animations, images, etc.
3. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative multimedia content.
4. Manage digital assets and maintain organized project files.
5. Stay current with industry trends and software advancements to enhance production quality.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
2. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Blender).
3. Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Programs).
4. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and multimedia production.
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
7. Portfolio showcasing relevant work in video editing and 3D animation.

Job Type: Full-time, part-time possible

Expected Hours: 40 per week full-time, 20+ per week part-time

Work Location: In person (home office possible 1 x week after training is complete)
