Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for product marketing, including product demos, tutorials, promotional videos, and customer testimonials.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI, brand / design teams to conceptualize animation strategies that align with our marketing goals and brand identity.
• Oversee the entire animation production process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
• Incorporate 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Edit video and have a good understanding of storytelling.
• Ensure all animations adhere to brand guidelines and visually align with our design and UX/UI teams’ vision.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design, animation, and product marketing.
• Support video editing / post-production for partner products, events and fairs, assisting the social media and content teams when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics and animation, with a preference for experience in marketing or advertising environments.
• High proficiency in animation and motion design software, including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, design, and composition.
• Experience working with video editing tools for post-production integration of motion graphics.
• Knowledge of animation techniques, including 2D and 3D animation, and proficiency with relevant software.
• Strong marketing / commercial mindset and ability to tailor animations for product marketing goals.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity and passion for producing captivating motion content.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of sound design and color grading is an advantage.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Motion Graphics & Animation Expert to drive the creation of dynamic and visually captivating animations for our product marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality animations and motion graphics that effectively communicate our brand message to both consumers (B2C) and business partners (B2B). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation, video editing, a keen eye for design, and a passion for bringing stories to life through motion. You’ll work closely with UX/UI and brand and marketing teams to develop captivating content that resonates with our audience and supports our product marketing initiatives.
