Modern Work Product Manager

What you'll be doing:

At iomart, we’re redefining how work gets done—by blending the best of Microsoft 365 with the power of AI. We’re looking for a forward-thinking Modern Work Product Manager to lead the charge in developing, marketing, and refining our modern work solutions.

• Work with the development team to design and improve M365 and AI features and services.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure the successful launch and positioning of M365 and AI products.
• Lead market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Develop clear and compelling service documentation and sales enablement collateral.
• Engage with customers, partners, and vendors to continuously improve our offerings.
• Ensure our products remain compliant, competitive, and customer-centric.

We want to hear from you if you:

• Have proven experience in product management, ideally within cloud service and modern work environments.
• Have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and AI technologies.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Are a collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
• Are experienced with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
