Coloplast develops products and services that make life easier for people with very personal medical needs. For our subsidiary Kerecis, we are looking for a Medical Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg.

Kerecis is an innovative company specializing in the development of products for medical care. Our solutions support effective treatment and improve patients' quality of life. We are looking to expand our team in Europe and are seeking a Medical Marketing Manager (m/f/d) full-time to develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as events, email, social media, and campaigns.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead internal Kerecis teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Event Management: Prepare and organize events in collaboration with the marketing & products team and sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure brand guidelines are met.
  • Content Creation: Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across a variety of media.
  • External Collaboration: Work with external partners and agencies to execute programs.
  • Sales Support: Partner and collaborate with the field sales team to tailor sales training, medical education events, and hands-on clinical training to meet specific market needs.
  • KOL Management: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to develop objectives, agendas, and strategies for future medical education and training programs.
  • Customer Support: Monitor training needs of customers to enhance product knowledge and increase market understanding.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support customer inquiries and requests, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required.
  • Demonstrated continued success (3+ years) in a wound care and/or medical device sales role at the Sales Representative level or equivalent, required.
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience with and understanding of marketing and promotion.
  • Excellent understanding of the sales environment in the medical device industry.
  • Good understanding of data and data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (including public speaking).
  • Ability to perform at high levels independently while managing numerous activities and priorities.
  • Knowledge of medical reimbursement for wound care and operating room use, preferred.
