JOB TITLE: Medical Admin

LOCATION: LANDSTUHL Regional Medical Center, Germany

DUTIES:

• Provides customer support functions to include providing audiology hearing conservation counseling assistance, educational assistance to U.S. Army personnel,
• Assists in Healthcare Finder functions including healthcare network accuracy, medical specialty determination, and referral processing.
• Conducts an end-of-processing Quality Control program assuring accurate Medical Service information necessary for accessing the Military Healthcare System services,
• Perform quality assurance of medical information associated with the Assessment Review
• Provides medical service coordination and education of technical issues associated with the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System – Hearing Conservation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate Degree from a recognized university or equivalent degree.
• Three years of cumulative overall experience in the following areas:

• Three year-experience with U.S. Military Healthcare delivery system and benefits or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment.
• Three years of working experience in a medical office or clinical environment.
• Two year-experience with the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and the U.S. Military Electronic Health Record system Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application.
• Fluency in English level C1.
