In Summer 2025 Campus Founders opens its new building called GRAVITY with co-working and co-creation areas as well as a media studio, community and event spaces.

In your role as Media Makerspace Manager, you leverage your expertise in media technology and motion design to manage our multimedia studio and support content production. You create animated video content for our brand and assist startups in the media content creation process.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• As first-level support you are responsible for the media technology equipment in our event spaces (video devices, audio systems and peripherals) with all its technical features for internal and external stakeholders.
• You manage our event equipment, multimedia recordings and streaming, as well as digital signage for all users.
• You provide technical training for our customers and ensure detailed documentation and checking of borrowed equipment to guarantee smooth usage.
• You create graphics and video content for our brand presence.
• You assist with content production and onboarding for the media studio.
• You stand out with excellent organization, technical expertise, and a self-driven work ethic, while enjoying providing our customers with exceptional service.
• You are part of internal and external creative projects together with our marketing team.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• You bring initial experience in content creation, photography, video and audio production, as well as social media formats, and feel comfortable in this environment (content or event production).
• You are proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and have experience in video editing.
• You have solid knowledge of common office tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, and HubSpot).
• You possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as outstanding time management.
• You work responsibly, in a structured and reliable manner, and feel comfortable in changing settings.
• You speak and write fluent German and English.
