Media Buyer (Google and/or Taboola) based in Germany

As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and making a real impact.

Your Role

• Creative & Strategic Campaigns: Develop and manage global campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Taboola, ensuring they achieve the best results.
• Data-Driven Optimisation: Use performance data to ensure every euro is spent wisely, focusing on efficiency and impact.
• Platform Expertise: Whether you’re working on Google Ads or Taboola, you know how to turn clicks into tangible outcomes.
• Collaborative Work: Partner with our design team to improve pre-landers and landing pages, maximising conversion rates.
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Take full ownership of campaigns—from planning and execution to reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in media buying in the performance marketing industry.
• Expertise in platforms like Google Ads and/or Taboola and experience using them to drive results.
• Experience in lead generation for industries such as insurance, solar energy, or heat pumps is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Fluent in English, with business-level German being a significant advantage.
• A proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset.
• Eagerness to grow both professionally and personally.
