Experience and Qualifications for the Project Engineer Role:

1. Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering, or demonstrates equivalent professional experience.
2. Proven expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and data-driven tracking of complex engineering projects.
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical components essential for production efficiency.
4. Experienced in LEAN production methods and project management tools, with a track record of leading performance and cost improvement initiatives.
5. Must be fluent in both German and English, capable of conducting business at a high level in both languages.
