• Develop thrust chamber components for next-generation liquid propulsion engines, including Prometheus and advanced technology demonstrators.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define and mature thrust chamber parts, test articles, and associated tools.
• Create and validate 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and manage the engineering bill of materials.
• Perform preliminary sizing calculations and geometric analyses to refine designs.
• Support production teams, evaluate non-conformities, and implement necessary design modifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methods, focusing on agile development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Diploma degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in design and aerospace engineering.
• Familiarity with relevant manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, and additive layer manufacturing (ALM).
• Experience in geometric product specification (ISO GPS) and technical drawing.
• Proficiency in IT tools, including MS Office, Catia V5, PLM systems (Siemens TeamCenter, SAP), and collaborative tools (Confluence, JIRA).
• Fluent in both German and English (business proficiency).
