Olistic is a nutraceutical company focused on hair health and general wellbeing founded in 2020 and launched its first product in the Spanish market in 2021. Within the last 3 years, the company has positioned itself as leader in the haircare nutraceutical space in Spain. Now, with the launch of the German market in November 2023, Olistic has taken it’s first step into international expansion.

Scientific studies have confirmed the multifactorial origin in hair loss and its relationship with health and lifestyle. Olistic offers an innovative approach to target the 6 main causes for hair loss with a drinkable, clinically tested, formula of over 30 ingredients, which is 100% vegan and 97% natural.

The position

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Growth & Marketing Directorto lead and grow our digital business in Germany. This is a pivotal role in scaling Olistic’s international operations, with a focus on online marketing, e-commerce growth, and supporting B2B team in market expansion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in start-ups or scale-ups, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Germany ensuring alignment with Olistic’s global vision and objectives.

Identify growth opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.

Online Marketing & Sales:

Lead digital marketing efforts, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and influencer collaborations.

Optimize e-commerce channels to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and sales.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Build and lead a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Manage budgets, P&L, and local compliance requirements.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Advocate for customer needs, ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.

Implement feedback loops to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, ideally within start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Strong expertise in online marketing, including performance marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling businesses in new markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Fluent in German and English; Spanish is a plus.
