Master Data Specialist (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Master Data Specialist" (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creation, data administration and actualization of master data in cooperation with internal and external customers (data suppliers) for the respective division.
• Ensure Airbus and aviation legal defaults are observed.
• Analyse all master data issues and propose sustainable solutions to improve the overall data quality.
• Collaboration with the Master Data Management Process Owner Delegate to enrich the process documentation in case of lack of documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of Supporting Documents and Working Instructions and enable the Master Data Coordinators to perform operational master data maintenance by following documented processes.
• Represent the master data management function in projects to ensure compliance and alignment with existing processes including providing expertise about the best use of master data in the functions.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a comparable qualification.
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of quality management and supply chain/logistics.
• Good knowledge of SAP/R3.
• Knowledge of G Suite, JIRA and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of change, lean and process management.
• Good analytical skills are absolutely necessary.
• Fluent in English and German.
