We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator, Artwork & Packaging (d/f/m) for our Hamburg office. The position is limited to two years.

Consolidation of necessary information to create artwork metadata (asset management data, briefing documents, spreadsheet import/export data, templates etc.)
Consolidation of necessary information to create technical documentation (e.g. specifications, technical drawings, logistics data, waste management data, transport simulations, aging test and validations)
Checking accuracy and plausibility of data
Organisation and maintenance of data in SAP and AMS Kallik
Creation of specifications, reports and presentations
Develop concepts for computerized realisation of documentary requirements and optimisation of documentation processes

Technical, science-related or commercial apprenticeship; academic degree would be an advantage
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the areas MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare or comparable
Accurate way of working
Ability to understand and realise complex processes
Fluent German and English skills
Very good MS Office and SAP skills
Well versed in tables, databases and metadata
