We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist/Manager to drive our marketing efforts across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer electronics and IT industry, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the headquarters Marketing team to localize and adapt global brand strategies and campaigns for the European market.
Act as the key liaison between the European market and the headquarters Marketing team, ensuring effective communication and alignment on brand initiatives.
Gather and analyze local market insights, customer feedback, and team needs, and provide timely and actionable feedback.
Manage the localization of marketing materials, including digital content, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Plan and execute regional marketing activities, such as events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor and report on the performance of localized campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Ensure all localized marketing efforts are consistent with the global brand voice and messaging.
Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to promote UGREEN’s products across Europe, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the NAS (Storage industry), Consumer Electronics or Computer IOT industry.
Proven experience in West European markets, with a strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, or Spanish is a significant advantage.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and analytics.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in one or more European languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish).
Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
