We're looking for an experienced marketer to join our DACH Business Marketing team as a Marketing Solutions Strategist - a key role in driving and executing our content marketing strategy. Marketing Solutions creates scalable, impactful marketing materials—from thought leadership content to practical guides—empowering clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders to achieve success on TikTok. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor and creative force, shaping TikTok’s narrative and equipping teams and partners with best-in-class tools to unlock opportunities on the platform.
As part of the DACH Business Marketing team, you will collaborate with local and regional teams, including Marketing Science, Product Strategy, Operations, Monetisation, and B2B Communications. Your work will amplify TikTok's impact in the DACH market and beyond, guiding our stakeholders through powerful, actionable narratives.
We’re searching for a high-performing marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys defining industry-wide messaging, and excels at scaling it across integrated marketing channels. You’ll tackle end-to-end content development, from identifying target segments and crafting compelling messaging to tracking performance and refining strategies based on results.
Responsibilities
- Create Impactful Content: Develop market-leading resources that inspire and educate clients, agencies, and ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate Strategically: Partner with the DACH Integrated Marketing Communications team to execute the DACH Business Marketing plan, aligning local priorities with global objectives.
- Develop Local Narratives: Adapt and localize regional messaging on key topics like creativity, performance, and trust to resonate with the DACH audience.
- Empower Sales Teams: Produce sales enablement materials, such as decks and one-pagers, to support client engagement.
- Scale Marketing Assets: Create external content assets—including event materials, email campaigns, website content, and social posts—to reach clients through paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Showcase Success: Own the case study process, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to identify priority campaigns and produce compelling external-facing collateral.
- Streamline Processes: Manage translations, legal approvals, and communication workflows to facilitate seamless content deployment.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Forge relationships with local market leadership to understand their priorities and deliver tailored support.
- Prioritize with Purpose: Balance local needs with global business marketing objectives to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- You have proven marketing experience—ideally with an agency, publisher, brand, or start-up—and excel at creating scalable content that drives results.
- You have 4+ years experience of content strategy fundamentals: navigating marketing plans and developing content to spread them out.
- You’re a self-starter with a knack for managing projects independently and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Your communication skills in both German and English are exceptional, and you can distill complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
- You have strong knowledge of the digital media landscape and the DACH advertising industry, across various businesses.
