We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the company’s brand management and marketing activity, managing the execution across multiple channels ensuring activity is delivered to budget, deadline and business need. This role will involve the full marketing mix and will therefore be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is experienced, hardworking, and motivated in helping the company develop and expand. We are a remote organisation with no fixed office location, so the role will be fully home-based.

Responsibilities

1. Take ownership for the planning, delivery and measurement of activity across a number of channels including website, e-shots, magazine, social media and promotional material.
2. Work closely with the website content manager and social media manager to support implementation.
3. Manage and maintain the company’s SEO strategy and delivery.
4. Setting up, maintaining and optimising digital marketing campaigns including Google AdWords and paid Facebook campaigns.
5. Act as a point of liaison across the business, coordinating content required for successful activity and campaign delivery.
6. Support the Managing Director with event planning and management.
7. Copywriting for brand activity and partnership campaigns.
8. Creative briefing and development as needed with external agencies.
9. Work to tight deadlines.
10. Communicate confidently and efficiently internally and externally.

5. Strong organisation and planning skills – with the ability to multi-task and manage a number of projects at the same time.
6. Time management to ensure realistic deadlines are set and met.

8. Experience of working with relevant software packages, e.g. eCRM system (Campaigner or equivalent), WordPress, Google Analytics etc.
9. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
