About the Role

The Marketing Manager role can be remotely based but may involve occasional trips to the HQ for meetings, attending roadshows, and events in the country. Working as part of a small team and collaborating with an external marketing consultant, the Marketing Manager will design comprehensive marketing strategies, brand promotion, content marketing, performance evaluation, and conduct market analysis. The role will focus on working within the Social Housing sector – previous experience, knowledge of the sector, events, and industry trends will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

1. Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to spotlight their solution.
2. Campaign Management – plan, execute, and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns encompassing social media, digital platforms, and events to bolster lead generation.
3. Brand Ownership - elevate brand integrity and reputation through consistent branding across all marketing platforms.
4. Content Management – help create compelling content spanning blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics to captivate target audiences.
5. Market Analysis – conduct market research and analysis identifying industry trends, customer demand, and the competitive landscape to aid better marketing strategies.
6. Performance Evaluation – monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns and utilize the data to refine and enhance future campaigns.
7. Collaboration – work closely with external marketing consultant and internal teams to ensure alignment and adoption of marketing activities.
8. Partnerships – nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with industry stakeholders or influencers to expand the company’s brand and presence in the sector.

Essential Technical Skills

1. Ideally 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, demonstrating expertise in campaign management, strategic planning, and organization.
2. Proficient understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media, content & email marketing.
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data metrics to improve marketing decisions and performance.
4. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have proven business benefits.
5. Creative and innovative with the ability to bring new ideas to their marketing function.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure while keeping abreast of industry trends.
7. Comfortable taking ownership and accountability to lead on marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
8. Strong preference for previous marketing experience from the Social Housing Sector.
