Due to growth within Educationwise Academy’s OUTSTANDING team, we have an excellent opportunity to join the Educationwise Academy team in a new role as a Marketing Manager.

Educationwise Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to propel our brand forward. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the education industry and have a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development and Commercial, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive learner enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
2. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, academic affairs, and technology, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
5. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
6. Manage the marketing budget and track ROI to ensure effective use of resources.
7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the Education Industry.
2. Essential: Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis; Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
3. Desirable: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
