We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all Marketing initiatives related to EV Battery Solutions. The ideal candidate will be an all-round profile, spanning Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation.

The focus of the role will be to:

  1. Develop and fine-tune our product messaging.
  2. Create compelling sales materials in collaboration with the team.
  3. Build an effective content marketing platform.
  4. Create engaging content and pilot performance marketing initiatives.

This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales initiatives within our EV Battery Solutions Business Unit.
  2. Promote our products by finetuning our positioning and crafting relevant messaging, highlighting our unique features.
  3. Create impactful marketing collateral and sales materials including presentations, case studies, and product datasheets to support lead generation and enable sales teams.
  4. Collaborate closely with the product management team and sales teams to understand customer needs, translating insights into effective marketing plans and messaging.
  5. Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to build a state-of-the-art content marketing platform.
  6. Create engaging content including gated content for our end customers to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
  7. Measure interaction and engagement metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts and drive higher levels of audience engagement.
  8. Pilot first performance marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  9. Support product launches by creating relevant materials for our own salesforce and end customers.
  10. Contribute to website development and optimization efforts, providing valuable input to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in relevant B2B marketing roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  3. Hands-on experience across several B2B marketing fields.
  4. Significant experience in B2B product marketing, product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  5. Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices, with experience in creating various types of content.
  6. Understanding of performance marketing channels and platforms, including SEO and social media.
  7. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts, as well as fluency in business German.
  8. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed marketing decisions.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  10. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
