TK Home Solutions GmbH is one of the world's leading providers of mobility solutions for the private and public sectors. Our product portfolio includes platform lifts, home lifts and our stair lifts, which utilizes our innovative sales tool, HoloLinc.

More than 900 employees worldwide contribute to the success of TK Home Solutions with development, production, sales and service of our products.

Aufgaben

Lead Generation:

1. Develop and implement lead generation strategies that drive awareness, interest, and conversion across various channels.
2. Utilize digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEA, PPC, Social Media, E-Mail Marketing) to attract and engage potential customers.
3. Explore and elevate new offline marketing tactics (Brochures, Mailings, Fairs & Events, collaboration with Sanitary Houses, engage with further relevant stakeholders e.g. Architects and Planners).
4. Optimize lead nurturing processes to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.

Initiative Tracking:

1. Monitor and analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
2. Establish and closely track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Create and present detailed reports on initiative performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Central Campaign Creation:

1. Lead the design and execution of central marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals and target audience needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
3. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Profil

We are looking for a candidate who is not only greatly skilled in marketing but also brings profound experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organisation to achieve mutual marketing goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on campaign development and market analysis.
3. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms, project management tools).
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
7. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
