Marketing Manager

Location: Karlsruhe, Germany

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager, based out of our European office in Karlsruhe, Germany.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the company’s brand presence and customer base, especially for the EMEA region. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, conducting webinars, managing social media accounts, analyzing market trends, coordinating with sales and product teams, and supporting marketing communications. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for organizing events and trade shows and developing content for various marketing materials.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
2. Proven experience in hosting and conducting webinars
3. Experience in lead generation, lead sourcing, prospect communication
4. Strong skills in social media management and market trend analysis
5. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product teams
6. Experience in overseeing marketing communications and content creation for various materials
7. Excellent organizational and event management skills
8. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
9. Proficiency in marketing tools and software
10. Bachelor’s degree
11. Prior experience in the software or technology industry is a plus

The position reports to the Managing Director and offers a competitive base salary with generous Bonus/Commissions.
