Marketing Leader of Europe Market

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to take charge of our marketing efforts in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility in the European market.

This role requires a deep understanding of the small home appliance and smart home appliance industry, as well as extensive marketing experience in Europe. The person in this position will lead a team to conduct market research, set clear goals and performance indicators, manage brand activities across various channels, and collaborate with multiple departments to achieve business results.

The person will also be responsible for developing and executing product marketing plans, conducting product launches and promotional activities, and working closely with the sales team to promote product adoption.

With strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, analytical skills, and creativity and innovation, the ideal candidate will be able to navigate the complex European marketing landscape and drive success for our company.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on brand positioning and market penetration.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the European marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and tactics.
4. Campaign Development: Develop and execute product marketing plans for new and existing products, conduct product launches and promotional activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and public relations.
5. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education /Background/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or above degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership role in the European market.
3. Have rich brand promotion experience and have led the positioning, shaping, and dissemination activities of multiple brands in the European market.
4. Have practical experience in market research and be able to independently design and execute market research projects.
5. Have successfully planned and executed promotional activities for multiple marketing channels, including online and offline.
6. Have in-depth understanding of the European marketing landscape, including consumer trends, cultural differences, and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Abilities:

1. Strong understanding of marketing principles, and brand management, particularly digital marketing.
2. Excellent leadership, cross-cultural communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
4. Fluent and proficient in English.
5. Willingness to travel as needed.
