Sphere are working with a leading DTC health and wellness company! Operating as a key player in their category, they're on a mission to continue their growth across Europe. They’re seeking a driven, commercially-minded leader to join their journey and help scale the business to the next level.

They are searching for a Marketing Director to join them on a hybrid basis in Berlin. If you have a strong background in influencer marketing, experienced in leadership and growth-driven strategy then this is your opportunity to head up a high-performing team.

As Marketing Director, you’ll drive the strategic and marketing success of the business, leading cross-function teams, testing new channels and commercial initiatives, and working closely with the founder to shape their continued growth journey.

What You'll Do:

3. Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
