We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing team and play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts across all paid channels. You don’t just analyze data - you have a deep understanding of the acquisition funnel and use data to uncover opportunities for growth, efficiency, and higher ROI. Develop a holistic view of the acquisition funnel, from first touchpoint to conversion, and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement
Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness
Analyze ad platform data (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and web analytics (GA4) to optimize spend and improve conversion rates
Provide data-driven recommendations on budget allocation across channels
Support continuous testing and experimentation, including A/B tests and geo-lift studies
Work with data engineers and leverage BigQuery to ensure the marketing team has the right data infrastructure in place
Build dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with CRM and influencer marketing teams to align insights across different acquisition and retention efforts
Leverage Media Mix Modeling and other advanced analytics techniques to assess marketing impact
Your profile
3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on performance marketing and acquisition funnels
University degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
Strong SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery
Deep understanding of tracking data and ad platform analytics (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlik
Experience with testing methodologies (geo-lift tests, incrementality testing)
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to challenge assumptions with data
Ideally knowledge of forecasting and predictive modeling and skills in Python or R for advanced analytics
