Marketing & Communications Project Manager (all genders welcome)

As Project Manager – Business Marketing & Communications, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our company's marketing strategy. You will coordinate marketing activities, analyze results, and ensure that all actions are optimally aligned to achieve our company's goals. Your focus will be on effective communication and enhancing brand perception.

Your Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: You will develop comprehensive marketing concepts specifically aimed at the core messages of our business areas. You will identify relevant focus topics that drive the success of our brands and products.
• Planning and Implementation: In close collaboration with the relevant departments, you will plan and implement strategic marketing measures and campaigns. You will ensure that the marketing strategy is implemented effectively and successfully.
• Creation of Cross-Channel Content: You will be responsible for developing and providing channel-specific content for all communication channels, including analog, digital, and social media, ensuring consistent brand communication.
• Consulting the Departments: You will act as the central contact person for departments, sales, and our international branches. You will provide advice on all marketing-related matters and support media planning.
• Creation of Marketing Materials: You will work closely with external service providers whom you will manage and coordinate in the creation of marketing materials, ensuring the highest quality and brand-compliant implementation.
• Budget Planning and Control: You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the marketing budget in your area of responsibility to ensure that all actions are efficiently implemented within the set financial resources.
• Marketing Reporting: You will create regular reports and use these to optimize marketing activities and strategies.
  
  

What you will bring:

• A completed degree in economics with a focus on (Digital) Marketing, Online Media, Communications, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, especially in the area of digital marketing, ideally in an internationally operating B2B industrial company.
• Experience in international business environments and proven ability to work effectively in global teams and markets.
• Strong communication skills (in both German and English) and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and persuasively.
