Are you a high-energy, self-motivated individual who is excited about building a world-class travel brand in the European markets? We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Execute and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including CRM, email, and social media, with a focus on the German market.
- Develop and localise marketing copy and content in German to ensure cultural relevance and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the design, content and legal teams, to implement high-quality campaigns that meet German market needs.
- Operate and optimise CRM campaigns to improve user engagement and retention.
- Build, manage, and monitor campaign landing pages and related assets to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the German market.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years in marketing campaign execution, ideally within the travel or related industry.
- Fluency in German is essential for crafting culturally relevant content and campaigns. Strong proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities effectively.
- A creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
