Your qualifications

• Relevant degree from a university or business school, master’s degree
• At least 5 years of communications experience, ideally within a large organization or international agency
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English and German
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach in all tasks and contribute proactively to the team’s success
• Well-organized with strong skills in managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring effective execution and alignment with overall objectives

Your tasks

• Plan and implement programs aligned with the Market Unit strategy and global priorities
• Organize and execute events, sponsorships, direct marketing, and digital marketing programs across various European markets
• Collaborate with global teams to localize content and campaigns to meet the specific needs of regional markets, ensuring an effective brand message
• Work closely with other marketing teams (CRM, Digital Marketing, global marketing teams) to maintain a consistent and effective brand presence
• Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality and effectiveness standards
