We are looking for support (f/m/d) in our digital marketing team at WHU. Our core areas are the optimization and maintenance of our website, the management of our social media channels, search engine optimization and advertising, marketing automation, and managing third-party portals. In this very dynamic and diverse field of work, we collaborate closely in a motivated team and are in constant exchange with stakeholders inside and outside WHU.
This position is initially limited to one year.
Your mission
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement marketing automation journeys for potential candidates.
Create target segmentation lists and personalization strategies to enhance engagement. Jointly plan content with team members, academic programs, and student clubs.
Provide end-user support and serve as the main point of contact for Pardot / Account Engagement-related queries and tickets.
Establish and maintain a consistent lead data structure in our system.
Create email templates, manage lead capture forms, and upload leads into the system.
Oversee Pardot-related projects to enhance system efficiency and performance.
Your profile
Academic degree or equivalent qualification
Multiple years of experience with Marketing Automation
Ideally experience with Pardot and Salesforce
Independent and structured way of working, attention to detail as well as team-oriented with a hands-on mentality
Very good knowledge of German and English
